Finger Lakes Textiles (FLT), a division of Mozaic, works with small start-up companies, army surplus stores, retailers, as well as state to large federal government military contracts to produce various textile products.

FLT has a fully inclusive workforce of over 50 employees, many of whom have intellectual or developmental disabilities. They produce over 1.2 million pieces of winter headwear each year for both the Armed Forces as well as commercially with Arctic Gear!
